Know Your Numbers! week runs from 10-16 September 2018, and is the UKs largest event for blood pressure testing and awareness.

High blood pressure is often known as the silent killer, usually exhibiting no identifiable symptoms. As such, there is no way to determine if you have it, apart from being checked for it.

Throughout Know Your Numbers! week, healthcare professionals across the country are encouraging everybody to have their blood pressure checked either at their GP surgery, or at one of the hundreds of free “Pressure Stations” being set up across the UK.
