Sterile cotton gauze swabs can be applied over the wounds without the risk of cross contamination. Intended for cleaning of wounds and absorption. It also cushions and protects the wound and may be used as secondary dressing over primary dressings like paraffin gauze dressings etc. Sterile cotton gauze swabs will help absorb the blood and fluid from wounds and primary paraffin dressings will help to prevent the dressing sticking with the wound.
