Labcold RLDF1024, Free Standing 340 litre vaccine & pharmacy fridge with a solid front door and bluetooth connectivity.

It comes with a enhanced IntelliCold™ touch screen controller which records and displays the alarm states, fridge operation, door openings and temperature data at minute intervals. The enhanced controller delivers accurate timekeeping, intelligent event-based logging and Bluetooth connectivity for fast access to temperature data and Remote Alarm contacts via the Labcold Connect Android App. The bluetooth connectivity and a mobile app provides instant graphing of current and historical data.

It provides event-based logging, captures precise timestamps for door openings/closings, alarms, temperature excursions, and power outages. 

The enhanced controller comes with a dedicated coin-cell battery on the controller PCB to maintain the Real-Time Clock independently of the AA batteries used for data logging.  Even if the AA batteries (used for logging) are absent / exhausted and mains power is removed, the clock remains accurate, just like a PC, ensuring reliable timestamps and easier troubleshooting.

Like a smartphone touch screen smartphone, the IntelliCold™ touch screen controller locks after 30 seconds ensuring that buttons can’t be activated accidentally. The touch screen controller is completely flat so it can be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected as there are no raised buttons that can collect dirt and germs!

It is a versatile medical fridge from Labcold, ideal for GP surgeries and practices, care homes, schools, consulting rooms or wards or anywhere there is a need to store temperature sensitive drugs and vaccines.

The temperature sensitive pharmaceutical products can be stored in optimum conditions and also assist with your regulatory requirements. A clear LED display shows the internal temperature of the medical fridge to one decimal place. There are 3 independent temperature probes provided for advanced protection, including a low-temperature safeguard that prevents freezing.

Improved Load Simulation: The T2 “wandering probe” now comes pre-fitted in a dry load, simulating a 5 mL aqueous sample, providing a more realistic load temperature reading. The temperature readings reflect true product conditions, providing meaningful alarms when medicines are genuinely at risk; rather than masking excursions with oversized or unrepresentative loads.

Enhanced Temperature Safety: A dedicated T3 sensor at the bottom of the chamber, where cold spots are most likely to occur if airflow is compromised (e.g blocked or faulty fan). When T3 detects temperatures nearing 2°C, the system intelligently pauses the compressor to prevent freezing, protecting valuable samples without triggering a disruptive shutdown. Unlike conventional fridges that alarm and stop cooling, risking temperatures soaring above 8°C, the RLDF1024 keeps operating, maintaining the critical 2 °C to 8 °C range even under fault conditions. This smart safeguard ensures continuous compliance, zero downtime, and maximum sample integrity, giving you peace of mind when it matters most.
